Accent Hotel Management provides a full range of hotel consulting and operating services to hotels, hotel owners, developers and lenders. We work closely with our partners to identify and and create projects that will generate outstanding returns.
Established in 2006 by CEE hotel industry professionals with a combined 100 years experience in hotels and catering, Accent Hotel Management specialises in the operation of hotel properties – working with real estate owners to maximise the return from their assets.
Accent Hotel Management works with developers and asset owners from project concept through to ongoing operation of hotels of various categories and types. We are continuously seeking hotels in need of new management and projects that would benefit from our services.
Accent currently operates over 1000 rooms in 10 hotels across Hungary on behalf of owners.
Although the company currently operates hotels in Hungary, we are actively pursuing opportunities in other countries in CEE – with a concentration on Romania as a target for hotel operations.
