ACCENT NEWS

• The 4-star Tisza Balneum hotel in Tiszafüred is operated by Accent as of January 9th, 2012. The owner of the hotel approached Accent in order to maximaze efficiency of the 51-room property that also boasts 18 apartments and capable of sitting 320 delegates in its conference center. Until the appointment of a new GM, Szilvia Merkert, Accent's Head of Operations will serve as interim director. The new management will not affect the operations at the nearby Robin Adventure Island.
• Hotel Ambra passed the Quality Assesment of Best Western Central Europe with flying marks and therefore is awarded to be a member of the prestigous hotel chain. From November 8th on the hotel's name is Best Western PLUS Hotel Ambra. As a result, the hotel has become the first PLUS property in Hungary.
• Imre Csordás was an invited panelist on the Portfolio.hu Property Investment Forum. He participated in the session dedicated to special real estates, such as hotels. Mr. Csordás answered questions regarding the current situation of the hotel market in Hungary.
• Golf-championship series is launched at the Birdland Golf & Country Club championship 18-hole course under the sponsorship of Greenfield Hotel Golf & Spa.
  
• Dráva Hotel Thermal Resort in Harkány is operated by Accent Hotel Management since May 10th, 2011.
• Accent took over the management of Greenfield Hotel Golf & Spa on May 6th, 2011.
