Accent Hotel Management was established in 2006 by 5 young entrepreneurs from the hospitality industry with extensive international background. The company was restructured in the following years with the introduction of new partners and funding.
Growing interest of real estate developers and investors in the hotel sector, together with the coming together of our team of professional partners has led to additional financial investors participating in building Accent Hotel Management to become a key player in the Eastern European hotel sector.
"We have realized with the co-owners, that the hotel market of the CEE is divided into three. The first greater sector consists of hotel owners and related investors and financial institutions. The second group, the hotel operators provide basic services to them. The third party is the international hotel chains as franchisors. These players however are often intertwined." - this is how Imre Csordás, owner and CEO described the market situation that led to the establishment of Accent Hotel Management.

„The hotel development boom of the middle of the first decade of the new millenium shed the light on the fact that there is not a firm on the Hungarian market dealing purely in hotel management and advisory. Chain-affiliated hotels are operated by their own home offices, whereas individually owned houses are either managed by the owner or small management firms. There is no such management company in Hungary, that would operate several hotels with different owners under different franchise agreements and according to international standards.
