In the last few months many hotels and hotel projects have experienced unexpected difficulties which can be more rationally overcome with the help of external professionals. Accent Hotel Management is able to meet the demand for such experience through its professional auditing, evaluating and consulting services.
There are industry specialists working in the team of Accent Hotel Management with precise and up-to-date knowledge of the market, having gained highly relevant experience through years of hard work in hotel sales, marketing and operations. As part of our consulting service we carry out a detailed internal inspection of operating hotels or hotel projects after which we evaluate and analyse results of projections in order to define the essential break-out points that can strengthen the hotel performance or the project in the market.
Throughout the audit we check, analyse and evaluate every single field of the hotel. During this process, our colleagues spend days or weeks together with employees of the hotel. We familiarise them with workflow, daily routines, communication procedures and organizational model.

Hotel Azur****, Siófok
A leading financial advisory firm turned to Accent Hotel Management regarding an assignment of evaluating the proposed transaction of the real estate. The task of Accent Hotel Management was to support the firm’s work of assessing the business plan of the proposed buyer with professional hotel industry benchmarks, experiences and know-how.
Hotel Karos Spa****, Zalakaros
At the beginning of 2009, the management of this 4-star-hotel asked for help in the field of sales and operation of the hotel. After a 1-month analysis, we identified several processes showing lack of up-to-date professional expertise. Our recommendations have been accepted and our suggestions are in continuous use and have secured more profitable operation.
BL Yacht Club****, Balatonlelle
Accent Hotel Management was assigned to carry out a complete operational review of the BL Yacht Club & Apartments in Balatonlelle. Accent delegated an on-site supervisor for a month and prepared a full-scale report assessing the operations, sales, marketing and financial activities of the short-stay accommodation unit. Later that year we were asked to take over operations and determine whether further operating the hotel is viable or not.

Accent Hotel Management was asked to conduct an audit on the management and operations of the above hotel. After extensive background and on-site research we prepared a thorough report on the areas that need attention in order to operate the hotel more effectively and possible solutions to these problems.
